Available in many formats, it can also help with the cessation of the usage of all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices. It offers help in finding online programs, self-help guidance, and in-person groups, and includes information especially for teens.

Nicotine AnonymousA non-denominational, worldwide 12-step program available to anyone who wants to stop using nicotine. Meetings take place in person, by phone, and online, depending on the user's location.

Smokefree.govThis government page includes a variety of helpful tips and tools for making a quitting plan, dealing with stress and nicotine withdrawal, and getting support, including through a texting app. Also includes strategies for giving up smokeless tobacco. Information is provided for the general population, as well as for teens, pregnant women, veterans, and those over 60. Resources are also available in Spanish.
