You've found the Counslr Knowledge Base. This is where we house our User FAQs, as well as our Third-Party Resources database. All of the articles in that "Third-Party Resources" section contain links to websites, mobile apps, and other organizations vetted by Counslr that are designed to be referred to users in need of further support. We've made all of those articles freely available to anyone who needs to see them.
The rest of the sections of this Knowledge Base (including proprietary information like our Counselor Handbook, as well as all Client-Specific Resources) are private, for our counselors only. If you are a counselor, please make sure you are logged in to your Zendesk account (with the same email tied to your Counslr account) in order to see these articles and to access their contents. (You must also be logged in on Google with that same email address in order to view the linked files in those articles.)
